How to Pitch and Submit to TCMP
The Circle Media Plus (TCMP) publishes independent journalism and original storytelling rooted in accuracy, public interest, and lived experience. We work with journalists, analysts, researchers, and community contributors who share a commitment to ethical reporting and editorial rigour.
We do not accept sponsored articles, branded content, SEO-driven submissions, press releases, or AI-generated material. All submissions must be original, human-written work that reflects clear insight, verified information, and responsible journalism.
Before submitting a full article, contributors are required to contact the editorial team with a brief pitch. This helps clarify focus, avoid duplication, and ensure alignment with TCMP’s editorial priorities.
HOW TO CONTACT FOR PITCH & SUBMISSION:

- Studio & Documentary Pitches: studio@circlemediaplus.co.uk
Writer Guidelines:
Submissions should be sent as a Word document or a compatible format; and typically range from 400 to 1,000 words. Longer pieces may be considered where the subject warrants depth.
Each submission must include:
- A clear, compelling headline.
- A concise standfirst of no more than 140 characters.
- A strong opening paragraph that establishes relevance and context.
- Logical structure with short, readable paragraphs.
- Subheadings approximately every 200 words.
- A clear conclusion and at least one quotable line.
- Hyperlinks to all relevant sources and references.
Writers are responsible for accuracy, attribution, and basic fact-checking their story before submission.
EDITORIAL PROCESS:
All submissions undergo editorial review for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and legal risk. Editors may work collaboratively with contributors to refine structure, language, and sourcing while preserving the author’s voice.
Final editorial decisions, including headlines, introductions, subheadings, and placement, are made by the Editor-in-Chief.
Contributors retain copyright to their work. By submitting to TCMP, authors grant the publication the right to publish, edit, and archive the content across TCMP platforms.
